Ubiquitech Software Corp (OTCMKTS:UBQU) shares rose 14.74% to $0.0218 then dipped 6.11% to $0.0205 in after-hours trading on Thursday. Share prices have been trading in a 52-week range of $0.01 to $0.05. The company has a market cap of $4.19 million at 185.31 million shares outstanding.

In a press release, Ubiquitech Software Corp gave its 2017 fiscal year guidance and announced that it anticipates that revenues for the year ending November 30, 2017 will increase over 55% from $3,493,113 reported in the year ago period to approximately $5,450,000.
