The acquisition brings the aggregate amount owned by Burish Mark D to a total of 551,685 representing less than 11.9% stake in the company.

The Company offers video solutions, including Mediasite Video Platform, Mediasite Video Cloud, Mediasite Capture Solutions, Mediasite Events, Mediasite Services and Mediasite Customer Assurance. The Company’s Mediasite Services include Advanced Integration Services, Installation Services and Training Services. It offers solutions for higher education, corporate enterprises, health-related enterprises and government agencies.
