After Vancouver, Hong Kong can become the second place to have a Bitcoin ATM via Robocoin. The company is willing to expand its reach this year and for that they are mulling a plan to release in Europe, Canada, the U.S. and even Asia.
However, as Asia is quite important for Bitcoin, Robocoin does not want to lose its potential market and for that it is willing to install a Bitcoin ATM. If Hong Kong gets BTC ATM it will be the first of its kind in Asia and for many market observers it is an interesting development. It is to be noted that the first Robocoin was in Vancouver where it has been a big hit.
According to Robocoin CEO Jordan Kelley, as the demand for Bitcoin has expanded in Asia to a great extent, his company is willing to test the waters. He says that as many Asian countries are seeking to enhance consumer capability to buy and sell Bitcoin securely and safely, Robocoin can definitely help them get BTC ATM.
Answering to the question about his existing Bitcoin ATMs, Kelley says that the world seems pretty excited as his company sold over 50 machines within the first 50 days of accepting orders. He said that since his company launched on October 29th in Vancouver, it had had over 1900 people and companies around the world inquire to purchase.
Robocoin CEO is of the opinion that Robocoin ATM’s are the best in the game as they provide individuals the easiest way to buy and sell Bitcoin. Kelley says that the BTC ATM operators connect their digital currency exchange (BitStamp) account with their Robocoin Operator Dashboard and the Robocoin software uses those account credentials to perform all of the necessary tasks in real time to maintain a supply of BTC.
