Cryptocurrency vector icons – The market continued to stay low as top coins including Bitcoin, Litecoin, Darkcoin, Nxt, etc. dropped mildly-to-severely in the last 24 hours. In the meantime, only Ripple showed some positive figures as it rose impressively. Also, Mastercoin managed to stay calm within the same span.

Here is the full report:

Despite the fact that the Bitcoin economy is receiving huge investments from all directions, its market has nothing to display or reflect. The BTC/USD opened yesterday at around $620 and trended upwards instantly without even wasting a second. The little surge although found the first resistance around noon at $624. It was the same time when certain positive events inside the Bitcoin economy occupied the news circuits – the biggest one being the announcement of a new Bitcoin exchange in Japan, called BitOcean Japan.

However, the BTC/USD pair once again dropped with slight margins in later hours, to eventually close at around $622. At the present time, it has slipped around 0.8% and is being traded at $618.

The LTC/BTC charts continued to trend downwards in its third-consecutive day. It opened at around 0.01399150 BTC and slipped notably in later hours. The reason once again might be the traders selling off their coins in exchange of small cryptocurrencies or even fiat currencies. At the end of the day, the LTC/BTC closed at 0.01372970 BTC.

However, we expect Litecoin to pick momentum once again upon reaching its lowest threshold. At press time, the LTC/BTC has dropped over 2.8% in last 24 hours. Litecoin is currently priced at around $8.37.

After almost crashing by bits in recent days, the DRK/BTC continued to stay in its fashion even in last 24 hours, but with few twists. The pair initially opened at around 0.00993121 BTC and fell abruptly in later hours as well. However, it found much needed support at 0.00911245 BTC and rose sharply to its day’s best at 0.01024440. This sudden surge is speculated to be caused by the release of new development updates by Darkcoin’s core developer EDDUFIELD.

Though in later hours, the DRK/BTC once again dropped sharply and eventually closed at 0.01010220 BTC. At press time, the pair had dropped 1.5% in last 24 hours and is trading at 0.00932038 BTC.
