In a just published Form 13, filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Corvus Gold Inc. (OTCMKTS:CORVF) reported that Coeur Mining, Inc. has picked up 6,200,000 of common stock as of 2017-07-14.
The acquisition brings the aggregate amount owned by Coeur Mining, Inc. to a total of 6,200,000 representing a 6.23% stake in the company.
For those not familiar with the company, Corvus Gold is a junior exploration and development gold company led by an experienced management team that holds a large equity stake. The Company’s main focus and efforts is in the advancement of its 100% owned North Bullfrog project – a new Nevada gold discovery.
A glance at Corvus Gold Inc. (OTCMKTS:CORVF)’s key stats reveals a current market capitalization of $62.56 Million based on $93.37 Million shares outstanding and a price at last close of $0.675 per share.
Looking at insider activity, there are a few transactions worth noting.
Specifically, on 2017-07-13, Mai picked up 500 at a purchase price of $0.97. This brings their total holding to 5,500 as of the date of the filing.
On the sell side, the most recent transaction saw Yarrow, unload 5,800 shares at a sale price of $0.82. This brings their total holding to 150,000.
