Kraken Likely to Compensate Mt. Gox Victims

San Francisco-based Bitcoin exchange Kraken recently announced to compensate the victims of its Japanese counterpart Mt. Gox, saying it would provide the users a special bonus in which they could access $1m worth trading volume for free. Kraken was earlier selected by Mt. Gox to simplify its liquidation process. OKCoin Launches a “Super Wallet”

Chinese cryptocurrency exchange OKCoin recently announced the launch of its new service, the SuperWallet. According to the available reports, the new Bitcoin wallet is designed in such a way that it could instantly trade Bitcoin with Yuan and USD without seeking additional costs. The point-of-sale wallet, as told by the OKCoin representative Jack Liu, will “highlight the powerful open protocol which will allow users to spend their chosen currency using the bitcoin protocol in the same way the native tokens of the protocol can be spent.” You can read the whole report here.

Australian Bitcoin Startup Receives Two Awards

Living Room of Satoshi (LRS), one of the first Australian Bitcoin startups to offer bill payment services with digital currency, recently bagged two awards at the StartupSmart Awards 2015.
