Trading Platform

Plus500 offers traders easy to use trading platforms, which really are a breath of fresh air. These include the Windows Trader, WebTrader, iPhone App/iPad App and mobile trading. The skilled Plus500 team designed their platforms themselves, showing just watch a top grade broker they are. You can choose the platform that best suits your trading preferences. The Windows Trader is downloadable, the WebTrader is web-based and the mobile platform lets you trade on the go.

You can access crucial account and trading features all in one screen. This saves you the hassle of having to scroll much of the time. Freely search your past trades and current open positions via the top tabs on the platform. The negative with this platform is that you cannot view multiple charts and graphs simultaneously, as is the case with other platforms. On the plus side, the trading experience is brilliant for traders that want to trade in a simple trading environment.

Main Features

Plus500 does not offer anywhere near as many features as other trading platforms. One of the most special features is the free demo which has no time limit, allowing you to practice as much as possible while you trade on any of their other trading platforms. The benefit of the demo is that you can get a good insight of trading with this broker.

Learn the basics of forex trading with the top grade learning center, which is available to all account holders. This feature provides traders with just enough information to understand the way the forex market works. Unfortunately, if you want more sophisticated educational materials, then you will need to trade with another broker.

Customer Support

A big plus is this broker offers great phone support, but the minus is the absence of live chat. Without these two features, it gives us second thoughts about trading with Plus500. We were pleased with the support we received via email, as our messages were answered within 10 minutes. This is the type of email support we are looking for from a top grade broker.

User Friendly

When looking at the industry as a whole, the Plus500 website and trading platforms are very easy to use. The reason for this is that there are few features which are on the website, which has both pluses and minuses. If you are a trader that wants to get straight into trading, then Plus500 might be just the right broker. If you are looking for an easy to use trading platform, plus500 is the place to be.

Ultimate Overview

To conclude, the positives of Plus500 far outweigh the negatives. The ability to trade in over 30 languages has brought this broker much respect. It is true that there is a lack of additional features, but there are resources all over the Internet for novice and professional traders. Take a look at the Plus500 website yourself to see if this is the right broker for you.

I withdrew money on the 3rd March 2016, it is now the 18th March 2016 and I am still waiting, they will tell you to contact plus500 customer service, but I can tell you that is pointless, they work off a script and they do not respond in any sensible time, 1 week and I am still waiting for them to tell me what has happened to my money. I have another big withdrawal from the 15th March 2016 but I doubt I will see that money either, just a bunch of thieves with pretend customer service, better to get in contact with the financial regulation service according to what people who work from other CFD and Forex companies, they are well known for not paying. they took my money within seconds of depositing it but refuse to give what I earned. nothing but thieves, I am also completely approved and verified so they have no excuse.
