Coinbase recently took its blog to convey its followers about its recent acquisition of famous block explorer website Blockr.IO. The Bitcoin wallet company acknowledged Blockr.IO for offering its users with a sleek, intuitive design and API, while also for being user friendly and presenting data in an easy and readable manner.
BTC China Release Official iOS App
Taking further steps to catch potential customers, BTC China launched its official iOS app on Apple’s App Store. This new mobile interface offer traders a range of cryptocurrency-centered services like buying and selling Bitcoin, view orders, indexes, etc. The company meanwhile have also announced Picasso, another mobile application that allows smartphone users to become a “Bitcoin ATM Walker”. This app however is still waiting for Apple’s approval.
Russian Tycoon Launches Blockchain Visualizer
Lev Leviev, one of the leading business tycoons in Russian technology sector, revealed a new blockchain visualizer, dubbed as BlockTrail, before the whole world. The man was already associated with co-founder Vkontakte, Russia’s own version of Facebook attracting over 266 million users to its social media platform. He reportedly sold off his stakes in the social network website and diverted the money to invest in Bitcoin businesses.
BitX Raises $824,000 in Funding
BitX, an emerging Bitcoin-centered company based in Singapore, recently raised a whopping $824,000 in its first round of funding. The Switchless-subsidiary is trusted by investors like Capitalde Ariadne from London, Bitcoin Opportunity Corp. (Barry Silbert) and Carol Realini.
