In a press release, Conexus Cattle Corp. announces that their subsidiary, Bitcoin Direct LLC, a Nevada limited liability company will install an automated Bitcoin ATM at One Kick Nick’s Mixed Martial Arts Gym located at 121 East Sunset Blvd. in Las Vegas, Nevada. The place is known for its casinos and other financial activities, the Bitcoin ATM will help the local Bitcoin users.
Nonetheless, the company also admits that the Bitcoin ATM will provide consumers with the ability to instantaneously purchase Bitcoins through their mobile devices. Moreover, as it aims to further expand its reach at this location, it says that this is the first of several ATMs expected to be installed by Bitcoin Direct in Las Vegas.
It appears clear that the company is all set to set its foot here as it also promises that it will process Bitcoin payments for the gym, allowing members and guests to pay for memberships and merchandise in Bitcoin. Additionally, the Company believes this is the first gym in the country to accept Bitcoin.
Moreover, as part of the agreement, the company will become a sponsor of the gym, which will include the ability to place display ads in the facility. Nonetheless, it appears that One Kick Nick’s Mixed Martial Arts Gym is home to numerous professional mixed martial arts fighters who regularly compete on national television for the UFC, Bellator, and World Series of Fighting.
Bitcoin Has Already Reached to Las Vegas
Talking about the latest decision, Conrad Huss, President of Conexus commented that they believe that the Bitcoin ATM will begin generating revenue immediately upon installation. Additionally, according to him the Company’s relationship with One Kick Nick’s Mixed Martial Arts Gym is an example of the Company’s ability to provide a complete solution for businesses of any size interested in accepting Bitcoin.
He is also of the view that it is in the larger interest of the firm if they are creating a host of business partnerships with this product. Nonetheless, Las Vegas is not new to Bitcoin as earlier Derek Stevens, CEO of the D Las Vegas Casino Hotel and the Golden Gate Hotel & Casino started accepting Bitcoin at the sites in January 2014.
Of the two casinos, the D Las Vegas Casino Hotel is processing the highest number of Bitcoin transactions, Stevens revealed, though he declined to disclose exact figures.
